1st time I write on your post! Love your style n your collections in Issue store! By looking at your post, I start to pay attention on the things that u bought,and where you got all this nice stuff! One thing like to share is,your collection in Issue store is great! Ppl complains overprice, I just found the styling and the material is more than what I paid for the price! Concept store like Joyce,D- mop,Shine,Kniq,Liger.....their buyer controls their styling,service is something they hv to put an effort. And when I found both elements in our local HK store Issue,I got nothing to complain,in fact I am your frequent customer,trying to mix n match like what you always show us! Shop in your shop, at least we can try everything on and decide,concept store like S,got a very bad experience recently,they don't allow me to try on an ankle accessory,costs Hk$6xx,back home,found out I can't even zip it up cos the size is too small for my ankle! No exchange,no refund,even I am their VIP! Well, what for to be their VIP,( which i just did)besides I can get the 10%discount,they don't consider case by case and no exceptional allowance for individual case! Well, next time I will switch to Joyce or other concept stores with better service,whenever I found something nice on you,I don't really need to shop in S anymore,I know S store,all because of your blog n Hilary blog,poor thing that they don't care much about small customer like me! Too bad!
I shared some similar experience. I wanted to try a TOGA top and the sales in Shine Central told me its free size and the one on display in Size 2. I queried and did try it on. It was too big that I didnt buy(luckily). The same day I went to Shine CWB and saw the same top in Size 1.
The lady in Shine Central just wanted to sell things and being so unprofessional which i really dislike!!!
The izzue team is generally speaking friendly and helpful but lack of product information. They always give out wrong product information. I think this is an area for further improvement. Judy, you might take that to the appropriate one for follow up. I know its not your responsibility.
